The cameras are of the FLIR brand and are compatible with both Android and iOS devices. To ensure that your phone is compatible, we recommend downloading the FLIR app before renting the camera. For Android devices, Android version 11 or newer is required, and for iOS devices, iOS 15.0 or newer is required.
The cameras connect easily to the charging port of your mobile phone. They detect temperature and temperature differences. An instructional video is available to assist you with setup and usage.

How to rent a camera
To rent a camera, you can place an order in our app or on My Page.
During the ordering process, you register which type of connection you need: iPhone, Android USB-C, or Android Micro-USB.
We also offer some Bluetooth cameras (FLIR ONE Edge) that operate independently of the phone's connection type. If you receive a Bluetooth version, select this type when connecting the camera in the FLIR ONE app.
